A copper beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has caramel, wood, breadyness, lihgt fruitness. Taste has breadyness, caramel, surprisingly strong and herbal bitterness. Medium bodied. Tasteful beer, enough of bitterness and nice balance.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2018-03 getrunken. Hier hat Dieu du Ciel hervoragend diesen Stil getroffen. Die typische Bitterkeit gepaart mit ganz leichter Frucht im Hintergrund und ein vollen Körper macht einfach Spaß. 8/4/8/4/12

Thick tight rocky off white head stayed on an opaque reddish brown still body. Malt, pine & berry aroma. Medium bodied, airy over the tongue with a sharp tingle on the back & clean aft. Bitter pithy tastes with hops, citrus, grapefruit, pine & berry.

341ml bottle (thx, Mathieu P.!). Packaged on 2017-12-27. Pours a cloudy brown with a tan head. Aroma is bready with some caramel and slight coffee notes. Similar taste. Interesting.

Caña en el Lúpulo Oviedo 01..06..2018. (r133). Color ámbar caramelo tostado turbio con espuma beige. Sabores maltosos tostados ligeros con toques de cereales, galletas, pan de higos. Suaves acaramelados ligeramente tostados. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso y cierta densidad fácil de beber. Buena.

Pours murky mahogany into an English pint. Off white head with little retention recedes to sicken surface. Vanilla and caramel aromas. Medium bodied with sweet caramel and chocolate upfront turning to earthy bitter hops in the lasting finish. Tastes better than it looks.
