Schlappeseppel Weißbier ist wegen der Verwendung des "schalenlosen" Weizenmalzes (es fehlen die Hüllsubstanzen, die das Gerstenmalz hat) ein sehr weiches Bier. Spezielle obergärige Reinzuchthefe verleiht dem Weißbier fruchtiges bis blumiges Aroma. Durch den höheren Kohlensäuregehalt entsteht bei behutsamem Einschenken die schöne und voluminöse Weißbier Schaumkrone.

Pours hazy orwnge golden, topped with smaller and nonlasting white head. Gentle wheatu nose with mild bananas and a hint of spicess. Mildly sweet, more pronounced spiciness, a bit peppery. Milder bitterness. Medium light body, sparkly texture. A lighter take on wheat beer.

Bottle shared with Sarah on holiday in Fuertaventra. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a frothy white head, Aroma is doughy wheat, banana, banana bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet doughy wheat, banana phenols, mineral, slightly soapy finish. Palate is frothy prickly carbonation, creamy, decent hefe.
