York Beer Festival 2024. Extremely dark in colour. The tiramisu is stated as you expect, but a smooth dark malt texture help make it an exquisite experience.

Cask-conditioned at the Nags Head, Reading 21/9/2023. Jet black in colour, with a tight, beige, head. Coffee beans, rich chocolate character, some vanilla sweetness before a smooth finish with a slightly creamy edge. A great porter.

500ml bottle. Almost black with a small beige head, lasting the duration. Aroma of chocolate, creamy coffee. Taste is sweet, creamy chocolate, coffee, vanilla, roasty bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth. Delicious. Fantastic flavour for a relatively low ABV porter.

Cask at Flowerpot, Derby. Pours pretty much jet black with a small creamy beige head. Nose is mainly chocolate but with some roasted malts. As for the mouth, what does it taste of ? Well – Tiramisu of course ! To be more precise there is chocolate, coffee, biscuits, vanilla and grappa. All blended together perfectly. Finish is quite sweet. A really excellent drink for us Tiramisu freaks !

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Near on black. Slim halo of tan. Nose has tiramisu. Ashy coffee grinds. Bonfire toffee. Taste is mostly dry and ashy, with some toffee sweetness. Light body. Soft carbonation. Fairly drying, overall. Coffee and some vine fruits to finish. Very tasty porter at the lowly ABV.
