Real vanilla beans from Madagascar combined with caramel and Munich malts create a beer that’s balanced and flavorful. Aromas of vanilla and toasted grain set the stage for mellow flavors of vanilla and dark roasted malts. Don’t let its deep mahogany color fool you. Vanilla Porter is dark in color and packed with flavor, yet it is as smooth as they come and easy to enjoy at any time of the year.

Pours a clear dark mahogany color with a limited khaki head and fair retention. Spotty lacing. Roasted vanilla nose. Nice roasty porter flavor with a well balanced sweet vanilla bean finish. The vanilla really make this smooth and enjoyable.

355ml bottle. (5.4% ABV) Pours a clear brown with red hue and a medium, creamy, short lived, beige head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, caramel, vanilla, coffee and earthy hops. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, caramel, vanilla, chocolate, nuts and coffee with a mild bitter, earthy hop finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Easy to drink, but nothing special.

Pours Black with a thin creamy head. Aroma is of vanilla. Initial taste is the typical dark roasted notes of a porter, progresses to illuminate the palate that includes vanilla and a little bit of coffee. Decent porter, definitely worth trying.

Pretty vanilla-y, smooth and sweetish. Bit more body would be good.

Medium sweetness, medium bitterness, just a slight hint of sour. Medium body, slightly oily texture, average carbonation. Finish is a little dry, with lasting roasted, chocolate and fruit notes.

Pours dark brown from the bottle. Tall, sudsy head that sticks to the glass. Aroma is vanilla, dark bread. Taste is sweet with a lightly tart undertone that becomes more noticeable at the finish. Aftertaste is vanilla. Body is medium. Okay.
