The biggest Marble in the pack, this dark golden India pale ale is ‘Pint’ grown up, we are proud of its pronounced New Zealand hop character and smooth biscuit base offset by fruit aroma. This beer just keeps on giving.

Golden-amber body under a bubbly surface. Delicious aromatic with hoppy fruits. In-depth, but still rounded flavour of fruity hops nicely blended with mild, sweet malts. Moderate but lingering bitter tail. My best at the beer festival in Sheffield. Half, gravity at the 36th Steel City Beer Festival 30 Sep 10.

[9/24/10] Cask at Borefts Beer Festival 2010. Slightly hazy golden color. Aroma of some malt and some citric hops. Flavor is slightly sweetish at first turns into a grapefruity hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium-bodied. Easy-drinking.

From bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is vague butterish and toffee caramelish. Sweet, fruity and slight hoppy initially. Rather dry and dominant grapefruity and slight peachy hoppy follwing. Lingering sweet caramelish and hoppy fruity. Bitter and bone dry finish.

Cask at Cask pub and kitchen, Pimlico, London. An amber/golden coloured pour with a medium white head. Aroma of hops and tropical fruit. This tastes big, hoppy, tropical fruit, sweet, fresh bitterness, grapefruit, dry. Lovely IPA from Marble.

5th March 2010. Pre ZBF. Hand bottle brought by the brewer for Menno (De Molen) and kindly shared by Menno - cheers ears! Light crisp palate. Fresh grapefruit hop but not too bitter. Finishes dry. A nice crisp not overly bitter IPA.

Cask, handpump at The Flowerpot ,Derby 30-01-10 in company of Loz, Simon (Haddonsman) my dad and Pauline Pours warm gold in colour with a white tiny rim of bubbles for a head. Aroma is hoppy but also quite tropical fruity. Full of flavour in the mouth, sweet silky honey and a wonderful bitterness the fruity flavours (exotic fruits) showing once again. Hops are leaping out but this is so well balanced and so drinkable, loving the stuff. A7 A4 F9 P4 Ov16 4.0

Cask@The Marble Arch. Pure, clear golden colour with a good lookin’ plump white head. Big PHAT aroma that oozes juicy tropical/citrus fruit and resin sodden hop, fandabibastarddozi. Light and crisp with wonderful hoppage, this is on the money; these guys know how beer oughta taste and put most UK brewers to shame. Btw, a dobber depending on where you are in the country, is either a penis or a large marble......

(Cask at Marble Arch, Manchester, 22 July 2009) Pale amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity nose with grapefruit, citrus and pine needles. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine needles and some malty sweetness lingering throughout. Great hop character, possibly with more emphasis on aroma than on bitterness, and with malt to back it up. Slightly above medium body, sweetish. Very nice beer in excellent balance.

[RBESG, Sheffield].Cask @ Marble Arch, Manchester. Probably the biggest win of the blond/bitter/IPAs of the RBESG crawls. Very solid and strong citric and piney hops. Moderate bitter taste with lots of hops and some caramel. Very nice.
