Hop Locker 1. Keg. Light haze in this deep amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and a little soft. Reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, tangy caramel and cream, trace of toffee. Tangy ripe citrus, ripe fruits. Smooth and semi dry finish brings modest spice. Nice enough.

Keg at the Hop Locker - London. Pours glowing red with a creamy, off-white head. The nose holds bready malts, ripe berries, some caramel. Medium sweet flavour with nice bready malt character, toasted toffee, mellow bitterness, berries. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, lots of lightly toasted bread, more jammy berries. Fun stuff.
