Can thanks to Eric. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is yeast, pure sugar, floral. Medium mouth, fruity malt, pepper, spice, light finish, good.

This was poured into a chalice.
The appearance was a hazy bronzed orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about less than forty seconds. Concave lacing rings around the glass in a mess sort of way.
The smell had a spritzy sort of spiced orange juice and orange peel. Slight floral and grassy qualities roam about but mostly in a separated sort of weird way.
The taste was moderately sweet with an ample spice and a slight sweet grassy to semi-sweet bubblegum here and there. A semi-dry sweet finish ends the taste.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed good for the style and for me. Dry fruity notes roll over my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a good Belgian pale ale.

Location: 12 oz can from Sparrow, 12/29/13
Aroma: The nose is Belgian yeast, lots of spice, some citrusy hops, and bread
Appearance: It pours a murky looking orange juice color with a small off-white head
Flavor: Th flavor is more doughy, with plenty of spice, yeast, and some light hops
Palate: The body is medium, it has a tingly feel, plus carbonation, and a semi-dry finish
Overall Impression: This was not my favorite DC Brau beer, but it wasn't bad either. I think the rest of this 6 pack will go to good use as a party beer on the just around the corner New Years decent beer drinkers day.

Can courtesy of Kermis and consumed at the South Park road tasting, Colorado. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head and lots of carbonation. The aroma is big yeasty malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a chewy malt citrus yeast palate.

Can: Pale copper with a light haze and a small white head. Nose is fruity, esters, and yeast. Inviting. The carbonation was a little high and I ended up letting this set for a bit. A little bready with light fruitiness up front, yeast, and then more of a tropical fruit in the tail. A lingering finish. Nice session brew.

32oz growler from the brewery. Very fresh. Pours a clear gold with some fizzy, white head. Nose has a lot of pepper, candy sugar, papaya, yeast. Flavor is similar, melon, papaya, yeast, candy sugar, heavy white pepper. Clean finish.

I had thought I already rated this one, probably let the can sit around too long...not one to be aged. Unfiltered orange-tan. Creamy, lacy white head. Kind of bitter resinous oily aged hop aroma. Sweet and sugary, not really capturing the essence of any style well. A yeasty tripel-saison-blonde? Not bad, just not that desirable either.
