Bottle. Slightly unclear pale golden body under a big, dense white head. Aroma is refreshing, slightly acidic, mild funk, oak and some spicy sasion yeast. Taste is mild, pleasant refreshing fruity, some fruity acidiy, grapes, wood, crisp and light funky. Fine body and nice aftertaste. A refreshing, well balanced sweetness/sourness Sasion.

KØLF 110119. Golden colorn with a white head. Aroma is sourness, berries. Flavor is sourness, berries, wood, vinous, wood, white wine, fruit. Easy drinkable nice beer.

330 ml bottle, as Six Degrees North Lindsaymans Bordeaux Saison, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6.0%. Slightly gushing bottle. Hazy pale golden colour, moderate white head. Lovely aroma of spicy saison yeast, vinous and oaky notes. The flavour is fruity, vinous, oaky and slightly spicy, with a moderate acidity. .

Keg at Six Degrees North, Aberdeen. It pours clear golden - yellow with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, fruity, vinous, grape character, tart lemon, hay, green apple, white bread, sherbet, funk and oak. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, light acidity, woody, funk, barnyard, hay, barnyard, vinous, lemon sherbet, apple skin and damp leaves with a woody finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly. Nice funky vinous character. Good fun.

Keg at salthorse. Pours hazy golden, nose is raspberry, floral, oak, spices, taste is tart, jammy, funky, oak.
