Clear deep golden, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, lemon, orange peel, grass. Light taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, citrusy, with a long duration. Mild dry bitter finish, herbal notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, nice friendly farmhouse ale.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Vova. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of lemongrassy hops - lots of Sorachi Ace, and some flowers. Flavor has light sweetness and faint tartness, and orangey, lemony and floral hops. Light to medium-bodied. OK.

Bottle at home. Hazy golden with fizzy white head. Lemon peel, spring onion, lime, quite herbal and soft spicy yeast with a light yoghurt touch. Dry grains and biscuits, grassy towards the finish. Light bitter with barely any sweetness. Medium bodied and very dry.

Bottle Dark golden colour with medium white head.Nice spicey aroma and even fruity taste of dried maybe tart fruit nice well balanced and with flavor of yeast and barnyard really nice exotic flavouers in this beer.

bottle from M&S Exeter. Hazy pale yellow, tall white head. Wild nose. Light-bodied, malty start, grainy touch and a citrusy-fruity background, also a yeasty funkyness present. Delicious and exciting.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Fin orangé, col épais blanc-cassé. Arôme offre un agréable bouquet marquant bien son style de saison, retrouve un bouquet indiquant quasi une présence de barrique et le tout ponctué par un fruité intense pour le style mais tout en modération. Palais garde un léger profil rustique de saison mais tout en gardant une signature type de Wild Beer. Pointe surette sur la fin mais agrémentée d’un excellent fruité tropical rappelant la mangue.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Hazy orange, HUGE, HUGE creamy off-white head. Nose is exotic fruits, peach, strong fruit, blue cheese. Taste is the Sorachi Ace blue cheese, lots of it, mixed with peach, exotic fruit, light yoghurt, creamy, bread, faint floral in the back. Creamy body. My kind of beer. Pretty epic indeed.

330ml bottle from Hemelvaart Bier cafe, Bedale. Golden coloured with a white foam head and aroma of fruity citrus, yeast, funk. Taste is malt, grain, citrus zest, straw, woody, barnyard. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite OK.dough,
