Fra gravicask på The 25th Maltings Festival Newton Abbot 28 Apr 17. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Skum langs glasset. Litt lacing. Aroma av mørk frukt. Smaken litt malt med innslag av frukt. Sånn passe.

Gravicask at The 25th Maltings Festival. Firm white head, clingy lacing, hazy apricot coloured body. Moderate dried fruity nose. Taste of plums and apricot followed by a mild piney bitter ending. Smooth on the swallow. Satisfying. (Newton Abbot 28.04.2017).

Cask at tap east. A light hazed golden coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is big sticky citrus and pine hop, orange candy , soft bready malts,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet soft base malts, little straw, tangerine, spicy citrus oil, pine. Palate is mellow, light grains, good cask condition. Little Nelson Sauvin character in the finish. Good. Assertive spicy hop bitterness.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Tucker’s Maltings Festival, 28/4/2017. Deep and hazy gold, with a slight, white, head. Plenty of tropical fruits, biscuity malts, grassy hops and a lingering, dry, finish. Enjoyable.
