On tap at Craft&Draft. Brown colour, beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, some roasted malts, figs, pumpernickel. Flavour is medium sweet, dark fruits, figs and plums, pumpernickel, caramel, roasted malts, brown sugar, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Good bock.

Bottle from Salling. Nice head. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich and fruity with notes of plums, raisin, malt and hops. Nice and sweet finish.

On tap at Brauhaus Schmitz in Philly. Sweet roasted malt nose has hints of cocoa. Dark caramel notes, brown sugar, nutty and herbal. The residual sweetness dominates the palate. Dark fruits and more dark sugar in mid taste. Notes of vanilla and cocoa in finish. Lots of malt, not much accent on hops. OK though.

Draft at Craft and Draft, Amsterdam. Pours clear red amber with a big off white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruits and yeasty notes. Flavor is over moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle looks really, really good. Beer in the glass light brown, small head. Starts strong, malty, warming, light alcoholic. Some earthy notes. Not too roasty. Sourish-fruity background, fine hoppy notes. Finish warming-malty, still a bit alcoholic. Nice!

Vi nærmer oss de siste punktene på kveldens program på Mandag i annen (Cardinal) okt-14, og stemningen stiger i takt med kvaliteten på det som settes på bordet. Højt beige skum med en klar mørkgylden farge. Fristende aroma, nesten som å sykle forbi bakeriet om morgenen, her er det brød og søte bakster i førersetet. Med litt sviskefyll! Smaken følger hakk i hæl. Dette må være næringsrikt.
