Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Light black with a tan cap. Nose is dark fruit rinds, toffee, brown sugars. Taste comprises raisens, mellow roasted bite, dried fruits, toffee. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... a touch thin and pedestrian.

500ml Bottle - Black in colour. Coffee, chocolate and hints of berries in the aroma. Chocolately, roasted, smooth and ever so slightly fruity taste with cocoa, coffee and a hint of liquorice. Really nice indeed. My first beer from this brewery and what a beer it is.
