Bamberg jolly day 2 25/01/2014. Bottle shared at Cafe Abseits grand tasting. Thanks to Ken. Aroma is tart, grapes, strawberry and raspberry jam. Bright golden orange / red coloured pour Flavour is composed of sweet raspberry jam. Tartness in the finish.

On tap at Dig’s American Craft Event, it pours a lovely clear light red with a tart syrupy raspberry aroma. A nice soft medium bodied beer that has a little boozy heat. The taste is slightly tart but mostly sweet

Bottle 22fl.oz.ABV: 9.6%. Clear medium orange red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, moderate to light heavy yeasty, raspberry. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, raspberry, yeast, light tart raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130815]

Bamberg Bash Day 2. Cafe Abseits tasting. Very hazy amber beer,.small pale cream coloured head. Light crisp palate. Big fresh tasting raspberry, lively and fairly natural tasting. Semi dry finish. Nice fruit beer!

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, Cafe Abseits Tasting, bottle thanks to crash out Kenny who didn’t even manage to drink this beer that he brought along, 25/01/14. Cherry red with a moderate pond atop the glass. Nose is bitter berry fruits, black currant, straw. Taste comprises tangy blackurrant, berry ftuit compote, lightly soured berries, hint of smoke, bitter tang, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tangy close. Solid fruit beer affair, not getting the 9% ABV!

Tap at Denver - this beer straight up tastes like cherry Robatussin mixed with raspberry syrup - totally alcoholic, sweet, fruity, and medicinal - I don’t even care to elaborate any more - the worst beer I’ve had from Epic.

On tap @ Epic Denver. Pours a pink peach appearance with a white head. Kind of spicy, herbal / bushy, tart raspberry aroma. Twangy, wine cooler, raspberry Italian soda flavor. Not my thing.
