Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 25A, adapted). Can 35 cl - Batch SLC 05025 (BB undeclared - Canned on 07/14/25). AROMA: medium fruity esters (orange, some lemon) and phenolics (clove, some peeper). medium-low and slightly sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium white head, with medium to medium-low retention. some belgian lacing. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium oranges, slight lemon, peppery phenolics. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry finish with some malt in the aftertaste. MOUTHFEEL: medium carbonation, medium body. slight alcoholic warmth but very smooth. OVERALL: a nice Belgian Blonde Ale-type beer.
Good american example of a belgian, onnpoint for style. Well done. Beer temple ams

Bottle at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours a hazy orange gold with small off white head. The aroma is yeast, oak, spice, fruity malt. Slick body, wheat, spice, toasted grain, boozy, dry finish, good.

Bottle bought at GBBF. Sugary sweet canned fruit aroma. Apple juice gold. Bubbly translucent white head soon fades. Initial burst of medium bitter before the sweet edged sourness takes over proceedings. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on sticky. Average-fizzy carbonation. Astringent finish. Aftertaste. Nice. For the ABV it's deceptively sessionable.
