Double Hop Lager has a slightly fruity flavour, with an obvious citrus nose and a hoppy, resinous touch. It has a slight sulphur character, with a hint of higher alcohol warming on the palate. Caledonia Lager is slightly sweet with a clear bitterness and some lingering afterbitterness/ astringency. This beer is low to medium bodied.

Cask at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold, almost amber, with limited gross foam, white. Aroma is floral and honey. Body is average, with practically no carbonation. Taste is weird, as it's fairly sweet. Final is pretty short.

Bottle from Lidl Supermarket, Sowerby Bridge. Golden with a creamy head. Its lager character is perhaps best in its nose as there's a good deeper hoppy taste to the brew. Dense but crisp enough tasting for it strength.

500ml bottle; BB 31st Dec 18. Poured into an Abbot Ale pint glass tankard at home on 27th Feb 18. Clean amber/orange, large white crown on top and carbonation bubbles rising through the clear body. Light citrus nose and flavour, some grainy sweetness in the taste also, bitter finish. Liked it.

Bottle, gift from Mum. Clear golden body with a thick, lasting off-white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of metal, earth and mushy red apple. Flavour of soft malt and a whisper of hops. Medium body with a fluffy mouthfeel. Light fizz. A soft, well rounded Lager.

Bottle from Tesco Inverurie. It pours clear amber - copper with a decent white head. The aroma is earthy, wood, toffee, cereal, resin and sweet citrus. The taste is crisp, dry, brown bread, toffee, toasty grain, cereal, biscuit, weak citrus and oily orange with a dry, wood finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Pretty OK malty lagerbier.
