Tiny shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry citrusy, weeds, mild brett, citrus peel, minerals, flowers, paper, alcohol, grass. Taste is slightly dry, weeds, citrus peel, mild brett, flowers, paper, alcohol, grass, minerals. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ outside of De Bierkoning during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Hazy golden, small white head. Nose is a bit dull brett with a bit too heavy candy, light spices,… Taste is a bit dull brett, sugar, white dough,… Doughy body,… A bit dull but acceptable.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy golden orange pour with a thin white head, aroma has zesty lemon, with a hint of brett and funk, taste has light funk, coconut, citrus, pineapple cubes. Very good.

Tap at Uiltje bar. Clear golden with with head that leaves lots of lacing. Lemon peel, white pepper, funk, some wood, hay, straw. Light sweet with slight bitter finish, light tartness throughout. Medium bodied slight dry finish. Very nice!

Draft @ Uiltje. Fresh smell of barnyard brett and lactic acid. Taste of fresh tardy brett, horseblanket and some mild citrus. Body is a bit thin. I can’t detect all the fruits that are mentioned, but that’s usually the case with Oersoep. Nice beer.

Draft at Uiltje bar. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of citrus, fresh tart fruit, pineapple and a nice light Brett funk. Flavor is light sweet and acidic. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub Oersoep Tap Takeover. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly sourish, fruity, quite dry. Nicely balanced. Not bad at all.
