Bottle shared in London during Scopey’s 10k - big thanks to Matteo. Pours unclear yellow with a frothy, pure white head. So,e ripe lemon in the nose, faint brett funk, melon, pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavor with pleasant, lightly tart citrus character, light doughy wheat, faint bitter hay, minimal brett. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with light woody dryness, lemon, a little citrus rind, sourdough bread. Nice and drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Matteo. It pours hazy bright orange with a small white head. The nose is fresh, sour, tangy, sour orange ,tangerine, sour peach, funk and fresh lemon. The taste is bitter, earthy, funky, musty, sweet lemon, wood, grapefruit, light mouldy action, hay, straw and dry wood with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty alight.

Bottle sample @ Haket. Pours very murky tiny burnt orange / yellow with a small frothy white head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and funky with sourdough crackers, apricots, peaches, apples, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter, fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny bitter with crackers, rustic sourdough bread, apricots, peaches, pears, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Solid stuff... Nicely fruity and funky... --- Beer merged from original tick of Brettalicious on 22 Oct 2015 at 19:06 - Score: 7. Original review text: Solid fruity funky affair

Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is sweet fruity, yeasty, bretty. Taste is quite heavy, with booze that reminds of fermented dark fruits. Not really sour, but very bretty. Ok. Only 5 ABV? For that, the body is very full.

Pale yellow and hazy. Strong funky, yeasty, Brett aroma. Flavour is similar with some white wine like tendencies. Good balance.
