Fra fat på Mi2 Cardinal, jan-17, etter flott Haandbryggeriet-presentasjon: Lett uklar lys strågul med kort skum. Fin syrlighet som bringer tankene i retning av stikkelsbær, gule rips, lime, citron. Tørr, slank og meget forfriskende.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 16.01.17. Pale hazy yellow. Small white head. Strong aroma of CP, lime juice and blackcurrants. Acid and dry taste - still with lemon and lime.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy light golden with small white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, mango, tropical fruits, harpiks, sulphur, burnt rubber. Taste dry and very sour with distinct fruitiness. Thin bodied and refreshing.

Keg at Brewdog Shoreditch. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is is lovely big floral hop, pollen, juicy mango, peach, with a tart zesty citrus edge. Flavour is composed of simple wheaty base malts, doughy, tart citrus fruit, lemon, dry grassy, lemon sherbet. Palate is dry uber dry and refreshing. Moderate carbonation. Good stuff.
