On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Very pale golden colour, only slightly hazy. White head. Sourish aroma of lemons and lactic acid. Distinctly sour flavour, lemons and lactic acid again, moderate hops. Thin body.

On tap at Small Bar, Brizzle Dec 2016. Pours hazed yellow with a small white head. Aroma: lacto, spices, fruits, straw. Taste: sweet lacto, lemon citrus, light spices, hoppy hints. Light to medium body, light carb, bitter finish.

Bottle thanks to Skou. Pours light hazy orange with a small white head. Aromas of citrus, lactic, pale malt, mango, mandarin. Taste is lactic, lots of citrus, mango, mandarin peel, light bitter finish.

Keg at Craft. It pours hazy bright yellow with a tiny white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, funky, hay, barnyard, kitty litter, salted lemon, orange peel, and sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lemon sherbet, orange, tangerine, kumquat, mild acidity, lactic, tangy, gooseberry and a touch of pickled onion with a dry finish. Light and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty refreshing, doesn’t quite sing like some of their other Calypsos.

Keg at BD Mighty Boosh, 09/02/17. Very lightly hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy citric shreds, orange zest, burnt straw, peppery spices. Taste comprises on the turn melon, acidic nip, sharp pissy citric intake, lemon soaked straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, puckering close ridden with a wave of hops. Solid hoppy ’Linner.
