Keg at dry gate... Hazy pink Amber... Thin white lacing.. Soft beetroot earthy nose... Spicy earthy beetroot... Like the spice.. Don’t like thr horse radish linger.. Wierd but ok... Id like this if i didn’t dislike horse radish as the rest is really nice

Keg at drygate. Pours hazy pink, nose is pickles, grassy, beetroot, taste is sweet beetroot, fiery horseradish, peppery spice. An odd one

Keg at Drygate. It pours cloudy red with a decent white head. The aroma is boiled sweets, earthy, definite beetroot, mild sweetness and root veg. The taste is a bit unusual... sweet, earthy, beetroot, spicy, peppery horseradish, root veg, lemon, candy and red fruits with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not as bad as feared. Fun to try a small pour, but I would see no reason to have another...

Keg at Kosmonaut - Manchester. Pours clearish red with a creamy, white head. Tangy horseradish in the aroma, some light berries, earth. Odd flavour, lightly sweet, with bitter earth, grass, certainly some beat character, bitter and tangy horseradish. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light sweetness on the finish, with more earthy notes, vegetables, horseradish. An interesting concept, but just not very drinkable overall.

Keg at North Bar. Leeds jaunt. Pours hazy pink with a thin white head. Aromas of beetroot and horseradish, as expected. Taste is like a condiment, as the bar man advertised. Thin finish.
