Can from Drygate. It pours hazy bright gold with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, fruity, gooseberry, lemonade, elderflower, light sherbet, pear drops, spice, hay and barnyard. The taste is crisp, dry, fresh, straw, grass, floral, gooseberry, white grape skin, pear skin, lemon peel and minerals with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable.
