Our “Belgish” IPA! Pilsner and a touch of Munich malts form a solid backbone which is complemented with bitterness from Brewers Gold hops. This beer is then hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe, Summit and Magnum for a full on citrussy aroma, and fermented with a Belgian strain of yeast. Very hoppy with a refreshing crisp bitterness!

Keg @ Vinomondo, Conwy. Pours a misty golden yellow, medium white head. Aroma has a familiar creamy sweetness akin to a Belgian blonde. Taste continues, crisp and light with a permeating Belgian sweetness and dry finish with distant spice. Good for the style.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 23rd December 2018. Hazy gold with shallow white foam and plenty of lacing. Pungent yeasts and sweet malt aroma. Spicy, malty flavours throughout the liquid pass with tropical fruits and a malty, slightly yeasty finish. Engaging texture and plenty of body.

Keg @ Kinmel Arms, Llandyrnog. Well carbonated, and clear golden with a thick creamy head. Dry and hoppy, with a mild strawberry fruitiness and sweetness in both aroma and taste.
