On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - hazy golden with a nice lacy head. Nose - a little elusive but there’s something lemony in there. Taste - loads of orange and there’s a lemon pith finish. Custard and biscuits lingering. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - yeah very thirst quenching. Would’ve put this under Golden Ale style.

Cask at the Golden Retriever, Bracknell. A straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; grainy aroma; sweet grainy taste; then alight citrus bitterness with a tangerine finish. Nothing unexpected - a typical summery citrusy ale.
