100ml draught at Eebria Taproom. Hazed reddish body, spotty lacing, naked surface. Berry skins on the nose, mid-sweet. Mixed berry taste, raspberries and strawberries. Mid-sweet ending. Okay in smaller amounts. (Bermondsey, London 29.09.2018).

Bottle from Great Grog. It pours lightly hazy red with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, tart berry, berry skin, jam, vinous aspect, earth and some grainiess. The taste is crisp, dry, tart fresh berry, lemon peel, granny smith apple, vinous, earthy, peppery spice, juniper and mild astringency with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. A pleasant fruity saison.

Bottle thanks to Michael the brewer. Appearance - bright strawberry red. Light lace. Nose - funnily enough I get strawberries more than the other berries mentioned on the label. Taste - raspberries and blackberries. Not getting the saison yeast so much. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - good beer. Not sure the saison tang comes through but a nice fruit beer.
