Fyne’s nitro stout. Really smooth creamy body with a nice fresh hop profile from Centennial and Mount Hood.

Keg at Hanging Bat. It pours black with a thick beige head. The aroma is fresh, bitter - sweet, milk chocolate, roasted malt, toasted pine, plum, dried fruits and cookie. The taste is crisp, dry, roasted malt, chocolate cake, toasty, earth, peppery spice and dried fruits with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and moderate foamy carbonation. Well rounded and highly drinkable.

On tap at Brewdog Stirling, pours a very thick, opaque black with some creamy, thick off white head. Nose is.... woo! quite earthy, almost a soil/manure thing, toasted black bread, mild oats. Flavor is more traditional, malt, cracker, bread, mild coffee, still a thick moss/tree bark thing happening. Creamy finish. Interesting. Hearty.
