Keg at Six Deg North. It pours cloudy deep red - brown with a thick tan head. The aroma is rich malty action, bready, fruit cake, sticky toffee pudding and jammy berry. The taste is bitter - sweet, dried fruits, fruit cake, jam, some alcohol heat, wood, malt loaf, some spice, leather with a dry, chewy malt finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Cask in cloisters... Dark brown.. Thin tan lhead... Soft toffee malts nose.. Dark sweet toffee fruit... Cask at the hanging bat as US scotch no real difference thsn the old 6.5 recipe just beefed up a little... Keg at hanging bat.. Dark brown.. Sweet caramel toffee fruit nose.. Big sweet caramel toffee malts

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear red brown with a thin creamy beige head. Aromas of cinder toffee, burnt sugar, caramel. Taste is sweet, more cinder toffee. Oily texture. Sweet finish.
