Cask at The Wellington, Birmingham. Clear gold with small white head. Citric with some apple and cereal. Fruity tang to the finish with some grassiness. Semi dry, near medium bodied. Decent and slightly better than the rates to date suggest in my view.

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Blonde with a mild hoppy character and a general crispness. There’s hints of fruit in its nose.

Pale yellow colour. Aroma and flavour have a strange smokey taste. Hints of boiled carrots too. Not great.

(Cask at Craft Beer Islington, London, 21 Nov 2013) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with peaches, tropical fruit, grassy hops and a touch of toffee. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, peaches, bready malt and grassy/floral hops in a finish with a good bitterness. Light body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
