Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, vinegar/lactic notes with some wheat too. Flavour is rather tart with some berries and wood. A bit strange flavour, maybe just the yeast and lactic notes acting.

Very hazy gold -amber beer, thin off white head. Light dry palate, modest fine carbonation. A light floral sourness. Dry seltzer. Lactose tang in to a trace of citrus. Dry finish. Meh! Stick the weird and wonderful boys!

Bottle at Craig’s. It pours hazy dirty gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, big natural yoghurt character, musty, funk and earth. The taste is tart, sour, lactic acidity, sour yoghurt, lemon peel and sweet generic fruitiness with a short finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Really not very much to it except for sour yoghurt. Not bad, just a bit forgettable is all.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy dark amber pour with a bubbly beige head, aroma has a hint of lime and yoghurt, taste has sour yoghurt, some light citrus, a biscuity edge, decent collab.

Bottle. Trembling Madness Drinks Shop, York. Cloudy, orange amber. Thin, foamy, mucky white head. Very fruity and bready, first off. Bit of a toast and strawberry jam thing going on. There’s a mild lactic sourness. Bit of peachy hop, to good effect. Taste is mild tart. Light, lactic sourness. Palate is clean. Foamy mouthfeel. Gets more tangy and starts drying out at the end. Very drinkable.
