Hazy gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is airy, mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Good tripel malts, sweetish but not overly so. Trace of nuts. A slightly perfumey floralness. Mild spice. Modest crystallised fruits. Light airy finish. Carrots? Bugs would not be happy. Nice tripel.

A nice tangy beer with definit notes of carrot cake on the nose. Generally becoming more impressed with this brewery.

Bottle. Hop Hideout. Spicy malts. Bubblegum hop. Stewed fruit. Taste is heavy, caramel sweet. Chewy hop bitter. Feels full, boozy, and a bit rich, despite it being too fizzy. Finishes long, chewy bittersweet. Big, but dull.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear golden yellow pour with a massive off white head, aroma has cloves plus some candied fruits, taste has powerful alcohol, sweet candied fruit, lemon peel, some bitter grapefruit, supposed to have carrot cake, didn’t get that.
