Bottle from Brewcraft at home on Kenneth's recommendation. Pale golden pour with light white head. Aroma is profoundly floral honey - sweet but light. Taste follows - again, genuine honey not sugar and malt. Floral too with a slight bitterness. Crisp and sweet in an unusual but pleasant way. Good recommendation. Worth a try for sure.

Shared bottle at hotel room tasting. ABV is 4.6%. Pale golden colour. The aroma and flavour have notes of honey, but the beer is not overly sweet. Not very interesting though. Hardly any noticeable hops.

50cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a thin white head, some carbonation. Nose - honey and butterscotch, some maltiness in the background. Taste - more sweetness, then some malt again. Palate - light to medium in body, similar texture, very cloying on the finish. Overall - sorry guys, you make great beers but this is a huge exception. Please do another one off Scotch Ale at 7.3% or similar. You do the best of that style in Scotland. Don’t put it in a whisky barrel though!

500ml bottle from Appellation Wines - cheers Ash! Clear gold, good white head. Butterscotch and honey aromas, plus something fusty. Tastes too sweet, plus that slightly off note again. Did not enjoy this.
