Keg at the Euston tap. Translucent light orange / golden coloured pour with a lasting g off white head. Aroma is nice sharp fresh citrus rind, orange and lemons, some nice floral. Sharp on the nose. Flavour is composed of super tart lacto, puckering lemon grapefruit sour, wheat grains and bread In the malt profile. Citric acid bite in the finish. Palate is very tart, acidic, light body with a clean drying finish. Highish carbonation. More tart than others in the series. The hops are possibly overwhelmed by the acid bit there is a nice orange rind thing going on.

Keg tap at the Cambridge Blue. Siren is hard to get in this neck of the woods, so I’m eternally grateful to the Blue for choices like this. Mid-gold. slightly hazy. Not a lot of head or obvious carbonation. Light citrus aroma, pleasant but not world-beating. The taste is incredibly tart without being sour: fruit zest and sour candy. A near-perfect mouthfeel with well-judged carbonation. What a great beer from an equally great brewery.

Keg at the Euston Tap - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a thick, creamy white head. The nose holds tangy citrus fruits, lemon, light metal. Light sweet flavor with cutting lemony acidity, pale wheat bread, lemon rind, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes super clean, quite dry, with more acidic lemon, some tangerine, hay. Quite clean overall and very refreshing.

Euston Tap. Keg. Hazy pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. The almost ubiquitous lactic sourness. Lemon, mandarin, little grapefruit pith. Sharpish crisp finish. Mild tangerine linger. Tired of this lactic sourness everybody is doing these days.
