ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, light chocolate malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, brown sugar, light chocolate malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, hops and has a nice roasty finish.

Bottle from Tønne, Leicester. Dark brown, maybe the tiniest hint of indigo. A bit of light gets through. No head to speak of. Light scent of coffee and charcoal, with a small suggestion of sweetened dark chocolate. Tastes amazing. Mostly sweet and instensely chocolatey with some gentle bitter hop in the downward turn of the sip. Aggressively carbonated but it works with the drying finish. I really like this.

A deep dark reddish brown porter with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light chocolate, faint burnt notes, OK. On tap at brewery.
