Cask at Robbie’s Bar, Edinburgh. Mid to dark gold, a little hazy. Biggish white head with lots of lacing left behind. Citrus with a hint of banana in the aroma. The Mosaic hops do certainly stand out. The same is true of the full bittersweet fruity taste. Long finish, with a noticeable buttery note. Pretty good but not outstanding. I’d have it again but wouldn’t be my first choice.

Hazy gold beer, good off white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with good fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Smooth dry floralness turning slightly bitter. Modest generic fruits on the back end. Finishes light and dry. Comes together well enough and goes down easy.

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy bronze body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Lots of lacing. Aroma of celery, lemon and shower gel. Subtle flavour of bay leaf, orange and apricot. Peppery finish. Thin body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Wonderful use of an incredible hop. I didn’t want this beer to end.
