This wheat beer has a depth of flavour to satisfy any wheat beer lover. A gentle fragrant spice addition from coriander seed combines beautifully with the rich fruity notes produced by the yeast and hops.

500ml bottle bought as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Mid- to dark gold and fairly hazy with no head. Sweet and flowery aroma with notes of orchard fruit and candy sugar, with light suggestions of caramel and white chocolate. Tastes sweet with more fruity and flowery character with a bitterness in the finish. Light notes of apple and banana in the finish. Light body, no carbonation. Decent.

Bottle ordered from the brewery. Aroma has citrus and a big dose of herbs plus... something random like gravy. Opaque gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Lively. The flava mirrors the aroma - there's citrus but it's the bitter herbs that are to the fore. Actually gets quite quinine. Underlying hints of malt. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry very astringent finish. In yer face Wheat Ale.

Cask-conditioned at the Hare, Bristol 28/9/2015. Hazy yellow, with a thin, off-white, head. A pleasant wheat beer with bananas, cloves, grainy malts and a touch of herbs before a gentle finish. Refreshing on a surprisingly warm late September afternoon.
