Malt: Pale Malt, Vienna Malt, Torrified Wheat
The beer is an all-British hopped pale ale with a stone fruit and apple nose. There is a caramelised orange flavour and a long crisp dry finish.
Fyne State is a collaboration with one of our favourite pubs in Glasgow, The State Bar. The concept was dreamt up over a few pints one night between our brewer Stuart and Jason from the State Bar. The aim was to produce an English style pale ale using all British hops in the brew.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 02/04/15. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bready, apple orchard, spice, straw. Taste comprises tangy fruits, more orchard notes, citric rind, melon, bread dough. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with light btitterings. So so affair, looked and felt good on the palate but lacked in flavour, bit of a twiggy one!

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear golden with a decent white head. The nose is smooth, toasty, grainy, fresh bready malts, cereal and oats. The taste is crisp, bitter, doughy, cereal, grain, earth oats, light spice and some citrus. Medium body and fine carbonation. Simple stuff, but pretty drinkable anyhow.

Draft at Craft 100 April 2015 - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. Bland aroma, just some pale grains. Light sweet flavor with more grainy pale malts, ripe citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Further grainy malts to finish, some lightly bitter lemon rind. Not bad, but unexciting.
