En fût. Nez malté de caramel doux aux notes faiblement terreuses, léger de noix avec des notes de malt rôti et de houblon. Mince-moyenne en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et une texture légèrement crémeuse et aqueuse. Très léger goût de malt pâle croustillant avec des notes fruitées (agrumes) lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi rapidement d’un goût malté de caramel doux (très légères notes terreuses) qui laisse progressivement la place à un goût plus sec de noix, légèrement amer de houblon et avec de faibles notes de malt rôti. Arrière-goût moyen et un peu sec, léger-moyen amer de houblon aux notes herbeuses avec des notes de rôti et léger de noix. [notes 2006]

500 ml bottle. Clear brown body with a small off-white head. Weak aroma with caramel malt and toast. Flavor is caramel malt with low bitterness. Thin body and short aftertaste. Pretty boring.

Can at home... Copper.. Small white head.. Soft sweet metalic toffee malts nose... Soft sweet toffee fruit... Light roast... Light metalic.. Soft sweet toffee fruit.. Very drinkable... Better than expected by a long way

500ml can from Sainsbury’s. 3.5%. Pours clear amber, thin ring of white head. Aromas of metal and malt. Taste is mostly metallic, watery. Finish is mercifully brief.

Keg in some dive bar in glasgow. Pours clear deep amber, nose is toffee, grass, taste is harsh chemical, dry toffee, more unpleasant the more I drink.

500ml bottle. Pours dark brown with a small head. Aroma is burnt toast with a little caramel. Taste has lots of watery caramel with some boiled sweets in the finish.

Brownish colour with an off white head. Mild caramel malt aroma. Medium body with a creamy texture. Mild bitterness. Bready flavour with a lot of caramel malt. Low carbonation.
