The beer is made from a mixture of UK and American hops, taking its name from a breed of sheep found in the Rocky Mountains.
A full-flavoured Anglo American IPA (4.5% abv) featuring both UK and American hops. It’s very different to anything else we’ve brewed. It has floral aroma, citrus fruit, raisins and malt; an initially sweet taste followed by complex fruitiness and a dry, bitter finish.
