Pours a hazy straw gold colour with a large frothy white head. A tart apple peel, grassy, yeasty aroma. A similar tart apple, dry yeasty taste with some sweet malt flavours coming through. A tart bitternes in the finish.

Bottled (from Saveur Biere). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is funky, some grains and mild floral notes. Flavour is floral, some grains, mild funk, fruits and earth. Nicely dry palate.

Unclear yellow golden colour, good frothy white head, slowly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma fruity (apple, peach), grain, barnyard, light yeast. Flavour mild sweet and sour, light citrus, bit brett. Mild sour and bitter finish with grassy hops, nice and friendly but not that special.

330ml bottle from Auchan. Pours gold with a light haze and medium white head. Aroma is sugary sweet brett. Taste is sugary brett, complex sherbet, spice. Pleasant bretty blonde.

Bottle 330ml. [ As De Koninck Wild Jo ].Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150928]

Bottle at home. Clear golden with big fizzy white head. Sweet grains, lots of Brett, pineapple, apricots, hay, dried apple. Lots of fruity Brett! Under medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Quite nice.

At Bruges Beer Fest. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head. The aroma contains grass, herbs, some fruits, citrus, nuts. Tastes light sweet to medium bitter. Light body, lively carbonation, short finish. A bit dull.

F: huge, off-white, good retention. C: hazy, golden. A: malty, sourness of Brett yeast, lemon, grassy, hops, hint of basement/earthy, vinous, woody. T: malty, mild grassy hops bitterness, some earthy tones, dusty, lemon fruity, a little dry aftertaste, some toasty, medium body, lively carbonated, hint of coriander, for me interesting ale because of Brett in.

0,33l bottle at home. BB 07/2018. dark yellow / light orange hazy color, rather big white head. smells sour, acidic, quite funky, peppery, spices, light sweetness, horse blanket, light nutty, some nice fruity notes, a bit resiny, floral. nice refreshing smell. medium body, rather obvious pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes quite grassy / herbal, some mint, acidic, light sourness which gets dominated by the herbal bitterness though, some nuts, light funk, flowery, bubblegum. finishes dry and bitter with light acidity and some grass and herbal notes. Overall decent stuff, nose was very nice, but could not keep what was promised on the taste. Rather too herbal bitter for my liking. But still good stuff.
