Tap at Rapp. It pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. The nose is wheat, light barnyard and pithy lemon. The taste is smooth, tart lemon, lime, light acidity, wheat and green grape skin with a dry finish. Simple, smooth and refreshing.

Growler at RBWG 2013 Grand Tasting. Pours hazy, pale yellow with a light, white cream head. Nice acidic lemon nose. Light sweet flavor with lots of zippy lemon tang, some lactic bite. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Super clean, fresh finish, quenching sour lemons, mellow acidity. Really nice.

A hazed blonde weisse with a thick receding creamy white head. In aroma, a light lemony malt with light chalky notes. In mouth, a smooth light acidic lemony beer, a bit light but refreshing. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 8 2012.
