On tap at Rapp, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma smells a bit like lactose, with tart citrus and lacto. Flavour is rather sweet for the style, with candied sugar, lacto and tart citrus. Seems a bit candied and sweet for a berliner. Alright.

Draft at Rapp 3/16/2015. Draft at the brewery, elected not to have any syrup added after they offered. Aroma is tart lemons, mild lactic notes, and pale grain. Base of the beer is the soured wheat and shows a mild lactic character with a crisp feeling after the swallow. Pretty nice for a standard base Berliner.

Growler at RBWG Jax, thanks to Adam! Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is lemon zest and dough. Thin mouth with nice sour lemon, light lactic, very tart finish that lasts, really enjoyed this, must have put down half the growler with suds and lunger in the lobby that night.

Draft - Salty, sour lemon and a bit of white grape. Cloudy yellow green with a rich white head. White grape, tart lemon and a bit salty. Except for the lemon, tastes much like a Gose.

Super hazy golden coloured body with a thin and very light off-white head. Aroma of sour grapes and yeast, mellow malt, lemons, limes and a touch of sugars. Light-bodied; Mild maltiness up front with tons of sour lemon and pungent yeast notes, all with a very mellow sourness and a great mild sweetness that permeates., Aftertaste shows a great subdued malty flavour, a lot of yeast and wheat and even more sour and pungent yeastiness with a good mild citrus sweetness at the end. Overall,a very well made Berliner Weisse with nice flavours and a very light glow. Nice and sour with a mellow sweetness - just like the best of the options in Berlin! I sampled this pint on draught from Dunedin House of Beers a few hours ago in Dunedin, Florida on 02-January-2014 for US$5.00.
