Cask at the Liberty Bounds, JDW - London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a creamy head. The aroma holds doughy white bread, light yeast and hints of lemon peel. Light to medium sweet flavor with Belgian yeast, doughy white bread, faint spices, citrus rind bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with more doughy malts and moderate bitter citrus rind. Good effort all around.

Cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW), Watford on 26 November 2013. Poured a light amber colour with a light haze and a tight, white head. Aroma of soft fruit, Belgian yeast, cereal and banana essence. Citrus hop on the initial flavour with notes of candy sugar and cereals. Finish was a bitter hop bite, balanced with brown sugar, orange peal and passion fruit. Unusually tasty beer to find in JDW.

Cask at The White Lady. Pours clear golden yellow with a good white head, nice lacing. Aromas are subtle, but white pepper and lemon in there. Taste has a biscuit malt note, more spice. Structure is very interesting, cream, spice, long finish. one of the best Adnams beers I’ve had, and one of the best at my local JDW for sure.
