Bottle, picked up at Original Farmers Market Shop, Bakewell, Derbyshire, August 2014 consumed at home Sunday 5th October 2014 Pours cloudy silvery/gold colour. The nose has a light almost appley and lemony zippiness. In the mouth this is tart and sour but not ever so, its refreshing and tangy with a little zippy jiffy lemon and a light fruity twang. Its a damn good beer, like this. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov15 3.6

500ml bottle from Beer Parlour, Chesterfield - Flat looking cloudy yellow beer, nose is tart apples and bitter sugar. Taste is dry, with plenty of carbonation tickling like a rough cider. Lots of bitterness at the end. Not my favourites style, but passable.

Bottle via Beer Moth. It pours cloudy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, light spice, smooth sourness, lemony, Granny Smith apple and the like. The taste is dough, crisp tartness, earthy, tart lemon, citrus rind, light soap, tangy apple, barnyard and spice with a dry, lightly tart finish. Light body, fine carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Crisp, tart and very drinkable stuff. Rather nice.

Bottle: Nose is lemon slight malt, pepper, touch of green apple. Taste is granny smith apples with a lemon juice finish with a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is a little thin for me, and over carbonated. It’s interesting to see a British attempt at the style. OK.
