Cask at the Red Lion - Leytonstone. Pours clear yellow with a foamy white head. Dry citrus on the nose. Light sweet flavor with lemon rind and restrained pale malt base. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Simple pale malt finish with wimpy bitter hay and lemon rind. A simple, refreshing golden ale.

Cask, one third pint at Jake’s Place where it was served comfortably chilled. Clear, pale golden body, tiny white head, poor lacing. Moderate aroma of grain and fruity hops. Floral hops in the flavour profile joined by pale malts. Subdued bitter ending, semi dry. An easy to drink thirst quencher (pub crawl in Edinburgh with mr_h, 09.08.2013).

Cask at Red Lion, Leytonstone. It pours pale golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is hay, floral, light dough and cereal. The taste is crisp, floral, grainy, earth and grassy bitterness with a bitter, lightly citric finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Easy drinking, crisp golden ale. Refreshing.
