Nice session epa but not really my thing. Clean. Well made. Good for Spring. CAMRA crew will enjoy this.

Cask at Hardknott on Track, Millom. Light yellow, very lightly carbonated with some lacing. Light citrus/floral aroma, inconsequential but certainly pleasant. Taste is mostly bitter, with a notable floral sweetness later on. Finish is notably but not sharply bitter. A good beer but everything is a trifle muted. Tastes less strong than 3.8%. Too gentle to be great, but it’s a good place to start.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell on 12th September 2014. Pale gold with thin white head and scant lacing. Yeasty citrus aroma. Fine narrow note of grapefruit citrus in liquid with spices and solid malts. Malty finish with citric tang and rear-mouth bitter echo. A full engaging mouthfeel.
