Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms, Bristol, November 2012. Golden in colour, with a slight white head. Tropical aroma of lime pickle, grapefruit and lemon. Solid, biscuit malt flavours, with more fruit and a lingering, dry finish. Good.

Willow Walk, Victoria 2 Nov 11. JDW festivaløl. Gyldenbrun. Nesten ikke skum. Litt uklar. God plommearoma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken plommer. Blir tørr & litt syrlig etter hvert.

Festival beer, one-third pint at JDWs Willow Walk. Tiny white head, spotty lacing, close to clear amber-gold body. Dry fruity hops to the nose. Wheat, lemon and grapefruits in flavour. Firm bittersweet tail. Decent beverage (London, 02.11.2012).

Cask at Sir John Oldcastle Spoons. Clear pale gold with lasting white head. Slightly lemony harsh gilden ale. I like Brewsters. I like the lemon curd on this. Its quite aggressive but likeable. Definitely lemon sour. But good. Id have this again

Cask at Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours clear yellow with a tight, white cream head. Lots of floral hops and spices on the nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with decent bitterness, some flowers, pale malts, hints of spice, jasmine, light citrus. Light bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish with more floral bitterness, light orange, tangerine and lemon. Very not bad, though a touch too much flowers and perfume.
