Hamilton Hall Spoons. Almost clear gold beer, little white head. Smooth palate, semi dry, Mild minerally carbonation. Smooth malt, semi sweet. Okay balance of mild citrus hops - tangerine and lemon. Finishes dry with a carbonated nip. Not bad!

Cask at Charlie Hall (JDW) part of Autumn 2012 Beer Festival; Pours golden yellow, malty nutty taste with a feint amount of hop only a slight amount of bitterness. Middle of the road English Bitter.

Cask at Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a light, white foam head. Doughy, pale malt nose, some straw. Light sweet flavor with more dough, dry crackers, hay, light cereal. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish with faint, dry hay bitterness, and white sugar. Fine, basic.
