Bladder Bag at GBBF'23, day two, 02/08/23. (listed as organic). Hazed golden with little in the way of a head. Nose is grass, hay bale, soft pears. Taste comprises light farmyard, orchard wood, pear skins, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

Bag in a box gravity at K&ES BF 2015. Hazy gold no head. Cheesy perry aroma. Some perry pear flavour. Bit of film developer. Some sweetness. Decent perry.

Canister@GBBF2012. Slightly hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is apples, pear, vinegar and some mild vanilla. Flavour is fruity pears, some mild sugary notes along with tartness and yeast. Also some mild applelike notes.

Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. Unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, sweet pear, apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple !! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120807]

From the barrel (gravity) at the Darlington Spring Thing Beer Festival. ABV is 5.2%. Pale golden colour, just a slight haze. Nice aroma of pears and apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Light bodied, medium dry flavour of pears.

(Draught from the barrel at GBBF, London Earl’s Court, 5 Aug 2010) Pale yellow colour with no head. Fruity, tart nose with notes of ripe pears and light hints of vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with pears and hints of grass. Mainly tart, but with some underlying sweetness. Quite nice.
