Can shared at work. Dark brown pour, beige head. Chocolate, cocoa powder, some sweetness and a light earthy touch. Light, dry body, soft to normal carbonation, long dry cocoa finish. Simple but pretty good.

Can from Beer52. Black pour with small beige head. Roasted malt and chocolate aroma. Taste of bread, chocolate, light coffee, roasty and bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, fairly slick, good sessionability. Everything about this beer screams 'solid'.

Nice - coffee and chocolate porter, it is fairly close to a stout but it's smooth on palette and very drinkable

330ml can via Beer52: BB 17th February 2024, drank at home on 4th November 2023. Dark brown body, fast fading beige wisp on top. Coffee esters and flavours rule this Porter, chocolate hints add to the taste, as does a slightly singed feel overall.

Can from Beer 52 – drank at home. Pours a dark mahogany with a small, transient beige head. Aroma has roasted malts and chocolate with a hint of orange. In the mouth it is sweet and fruity, with plums and figs. Some coffee can be detected later, along with roasted malts, and these are to the fore in the finish. Decent – it grows on you.

Dissipating light brown head on dark reddish brown body. Milky coffee & spiced fruits aroma. Medium bodied, sharp, tangy & sticky. Sweet coffee, chocolate, raisin, jam & sweet orange tastes with a tangy finish. Nice drinker

330ml can - Pours a dark brown colour with an average sized mostly lasting frothy beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, black coffee with an earthy chocolate note. A moderately sweet taste, malty, roasted flavours, coffee and chocolate with a drying roasted finish.
