A finely balanced pale bitter, with a delicate fusion of citrus hops. A clean dry and refreshingly smooth after taste.

Handpull cask at the Watermill Inn, Ings. Pale-ish yellow with a large white head. Light aroma of raw grain, dried grass, hay. Bitter taste with a sulphurous edge. Very dry finish with a metallic tinge. Not so keen.

Cask at Watermill Inn, Ings - Clear yellowy golden body, thin white top. Nose crisp citrus, bit grassy, slight caramel hint. Taste is sweet, sharp finish, lots of citrus again dominating.

Cask: Golden, lacy white head, sticking to the glass, light to moderate fruity ( almost Kölsch-like) nose with grainy and hoppy flavours; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering, almost solid bitter-sweet finish with an increasing bitterness towards the end. Unspectacular, but well crafted.....
