A tropical pale ale. A stone fruit aroma leads to a light citrus flavour that is rounded off with a clean and refreshing finish.

Cask at the Tam O’Shanter. Light to mid-gold with a decent white head on top. Lemon/lime aroma with some artificial sweetener. Unfocused bitter taste with fruity sweet edges. Not sure the condition is as good as it shoul be. At any rate this brew is found wanting.

Bottle from Aldi. Poured goden and slightly cloudy, with a large head. Aroma is pine with a hint of citrus. Good body, with fruit flavours to the fore, without being particularly strong tasting. Pleasant, would make a good summer session beer, but not exciting

Golden beer with a light, tangy citrus aroma. Flavour is grapefruit and a light biscuit taste to bring a touch of balance. Unfortunately there’s not much depth to the flavour. It’s nice and it’s got a pleasant dry finish but it’s not especially memorable.

On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - pale lemony with a decent head. Nose - lemon and grass with pale malt background. Taste - lemon and grass again. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - great session beer for a hot day.

500ml bottle at home. Pours clear straw yellow with no head. Light cereal malt, light floral and apricot aromas. Taste is very light, more light fruit sweetness. Not a lot going on. Thin finish.

Cask. A deeper yellow ale with a thick creamy head. It has a tropical fruit aroma but milder in this respect in taste.
